Our Client Care division works out of our Istanbul office. Our clients are assigned a dedicated team that familiarizes themselves completely with their system, product configuration, and business specifics. Each team has specialists in every area of BTO, be it for PPM, QC, BAC or Operations Centre. Clients are also assigned their own Account Manager, who provides them with an overall escalation point within our business. Our Client Relations team acts as your advocate within our organization and provides expert BTO advice for your business strategies and stay up to date with your challenges and successes.
